When you use TRADEE, we collect your Discord user ID and Roblox user ID solely for the purpose of linking your accounts and providing personalised trading intelligence. We do not collect your Discord username, email, or any sensitive personal information beyond what is strictly required.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your data is used exclusively to:
• Provide bot features (inventory lookup, trade tracking, suggestions) • Manage your premium subscription status • Monitor trader inventories you have explicitly chosen to track (Stalk feature) • Detect market activity for the live trade feed
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party for marketing purposes.
3. Data Storage & Security
All data is stored on secured servers with access limited to authorised personnel (Willzwu & Zardruc). We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (SSL/TLS). Local JSON files storing trader databases and stalk lists are protected by server-level access controls. We do not store payment information — all transactions are processed by PayPal.
4. Roblox & Discord OAuth2
TRADEE uses Roblox's official OAuth2 API for account verification. We only request the minimum required scopes (user ID and username). We do not access your Roblox inventory, Robux balance, or trade history through OAuth2 — inventory data is fetched from public Roblox APIs using your public Roblox user ID.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us via Discord. Upon request, we will remove your Discord ID, Roblox ID, verification status, premium status, and any stalk/hold configurations within 72 hours.

By using TRADEE (the Discord bot, website, or any associated services), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service immediately.

TRADEE is a Roblox limited item trading intelligence platform. It provides market analytics, live trade tracking, trade suggestions, and related tools. TRADEE is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Roblox Corporation in any way. All item values, trade data, and market information are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice.
3. Premium Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions (Plus and Gold) are billed monthly through PayPal. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges at the advertised rate until cancellation.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date. • Refunds are not guaranteed but may be issued at our discretion within 48 hours of purchase if the service was not used. • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. • Premium features may change or be discontinued with reasonable notice.
4. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
• Use TRADEE to engage in scamming, phishing, or fraud • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of TRADEE • Abuse commands, spam the bot, or circumvent rate limits • Share or resell your premium account access • Use TRADEE in violation of Roblox's Terms of Use or Discord's Terms of Service
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
TRADEE is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy of market data, uptime, or trade detection. Roblox limited item trading involves financial risk. TRADEE is a tool to inform decisions — not a guarantee of profit. Use at your own risk.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to TRADEE for any user who violates these terms, engages in abusive behaviour, or is found to be causing harm to other users or the platform. Premium refunds will not be issued in cases of termination for violations.
